V12s

The quietest dust control unit in the world
The V12s is a true all-rounder among dust suppression turbines. Thanks to its low noise emission of 60/63 dB(A) at 20 metres, the machine can be used without any problems in city centres and residential areas, where noise nuisance is often a key concern. This allows the V12s to call itself the quietest dust control unit in the world, thanks to the use of innovative materials and the refined aerodynamics of the turbine blades.
In addition to its quiet operation, the V12s also offers full control over the spray pattern, so the dust source can be targeted very precisely. This combination of precision and low-noise operation makes the turbine ideally suited to projects that require both effective dust suppression and minimal environmental impact.
The main advantages at a glance
- Full control over the spray pattern means the dust source can be targeted very precisely.
- With a noise emission of 60/63 dB(A), the V12s is the quietest dust control unit in the world.
Easy transport and repositioning thanks to its compact size.
The turbine has two speed levels, allowing fine water mist to be sprayed over a distance of 25 to 65 metres. In addition, the amount of water can be controlled at three different levels by remote control, with a water flow rate ranging from 16 to 100 l/min.

Flexible and versatile in use
What really makes the V12s an all-rounder is the combination of quiet operation, flexible throw distances, adjustable water flow and compact size. This versatility means the turbine can be used in almost any environment where dust suppression is needed, without compromising on ease of transport or repositioning.
Areas of application
The V12s is compact and low-noise, making it ideal for work in locations where noise levels must be kept to a minimum, such as city centres. The system is also excellently suited to industrial use, demolition work, all types of open-cast operations, recycling plants, material storage, loading facilities, landfills and woodworking.
Suitable for extreme temperatures
A particular plus is the available heating kit, which allows the V12s to operate at temperatures down to -10°C. This means the turbine remains fully operational in colder climates and during the winter months, without compromising on performance.
In practice: use in city centres
A good example of its practical applicability is the use of the V12s in a city centre: thanks to its low noise emission, the turbine can be deployed there effortlessly, without causing nuisance to local residents or passers-by. This makes the V12s ideally suited to projects in densely populated or noise-sensitive environments, where other dust suppression systems often struggle.

Applications

Demolition
When performing demolition work in densely populated areas, it is important to ensure that no one is unnecessarily exposed to the danger zone, while still maintaining effective dust control.

Quarries
At large-scale quarries, the approach varies by location: crushing plants require fixed solutions, while loading operations benefit from mobile units that can be moved quickly.

Tunnel Construction
Dust in tunnel construction not only limits visibility but also damages machinery such as excavators. By continuously using water mist, both the work environment and the equipment are better protected.

Recycling
Large recycling facilities often have to deal with dust sources in multiple locations at once, from storage areas to sorting lines. By combining fixed and mobile solutions, our approach is tailored precisely to the layout and operations of each facility.

Construction Site
Every construction site has its own unique circumstances: from limited space to a shortage of electricity or water on-site. This calls for an approach that adapts to local conditions.

Ports
Ports often face dust problems due to the loading and unloading of various materials. Our solutions offer an efficient, water-saving approach that protects both the materials and the environment.
