H2 System
The H2 high-pressure pump system has been developed for efficient dust suppression and uses proven water mist technology. Dust is suppressed right at the source, with only a minimal amount of water and without puddle formation. Proven atomisation technology with minimal water consumption
At the heart of the H2 System is field-proven atomisation technology, which delivers highly efficient dust suppression with a minimal amount of water. Dust is removed cost-effectively, right at the source, without puddle formation or other secondary problems such as high energy costs. In addition, all key components are easily accessible, which makes maintenance simple.

Four variants for every application
H2 Pump
For smaller installations and indoor spaces there is the H2 Pump, equipped with industrial Harting connectors that make installation quick, easy and error-free. Options such as automatic draining, heating, line cleaning and various nozzle kits allow it to be tailored optimally to customer requirements, while the robust housing with integrated pressure and temperature sensors makes the pump suitable for industrial environments.
H2 Midi
For medium-sized installations the H2 Midi offers a complete solution consisting of two independent pumps, a control cabinet, self-cleaning filters, automatic draining and advanced control software. The system can supply water independently to up to eight different application zones. Each zone can be operated individually via the machine display, and a calendar function ensures automatic start and stop at preset times. Remote operation via a web interface is also possible.
H2 Multi
For large-scale systems there is the H2 Multi, a larger version of the H2 Midi with double the pump capacity. This system can supply water independently to up to sixteen zones and consists of a choice of three or four independent pumps, a control cabinet, self-cleaning filters, automatic draining and modern control software that is compatible with advanced management software. Thanks to its robust design, pressure and temperature monitoring and heating function, the H2 Multi is ideally suited to heavy-duty working conditions.
H2 Hydro
Finally, for outdoor applications and combination with hydraulic systems there is the H2 Hydro. This variant can be mounted directly on construction machinery such as crushing plants and excavators and does not require a separate power supply. Thanks to its weatherproof and robust design, the H2 Hydro provides highly efficient dust suppression right at the source, before dust has a chance to spread.
